I want to permanently close/ delete my account

  I’ve tried to close my account by selecting the option to do so from the bottom of my Account Settings screen, but each time it says ‘sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.’ So here I am. Please advise.

  Howdy –

  There was an old purchase of a premium theme still on the account. I’ve removed that and you should be able to proceed. Write back if more assistance is needed.
