I want to permanently close this account and cancel all possible autorenewals

    was under the impression I had no auto renewals. Still I got an email that the multicurrency was set to renew on oct 28th. I want to prevent that and delete this account completely. Thank you for your help.

    Hello there,

    It looks like clover154026292.wpcomstaging.com was on the business plan, which has expired but the site has not been downgraded.

    In order to downgrade your site, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme.

    Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were before upgrading to the business plan. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.
