I want to remove a deceased follower from my list of followers

  Is it possible for me to remove a deceased follower?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Short answer, no.

  Is there a particular reason you are looking to do this?

  Yes – his widow is receiving email posts and would prefer not to have these notifications.

  I know I can stop someone joining the follower list but I cannot remove them when they cease to be members of our Club or die.

  Thanks for any help you can give.

  The easiest solution is for his widow to click the “unsubscribe” link that is in every notification email.

  She could also go to WordPress.com and log into his account. Then click the “edit” link next to “sites I follow”.

  Let me know if she has any trouble.
