I want to remove all payment information and stop future charges and delete my domains and WordPress accounts.

I do not see any upgrades under your @thatsmoree WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? Because you have provided a valid transaction ID, I can refund your upgrades, but before I do I want to confirm that lambethgarden.com (the domain itself) will be cancelled and returned to the registry immediately if I do.
This is permanent and may not come on sale again. You are sure you want to proceed, and give up ownership of lambethgarden.com?

I have canceled and refunded the charges as requested.
As for closing the account, please first use those transaction IDs to recover access to the account: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
Then, you can close it by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

The refund has already been sent, but depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to ten days for the credit to appear on your statement.
