I want to renew my 10GB storage which expired today

  Hello,

  Due to old credit card details, the auto renewal of my 10GB of storage expired today. I have attempted to manually upgrade as suggested in your email today however this option is not provided to me. The storage options start at 25GB which is much more than I need and far more expensive. I don’t need the storage space but do wish to continue to upload audios. Can you please advise how I renew for the 10GB.

  The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.

  So you must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. Or perhaps another site admin purchased the 10GB upgrade initially. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew that upgrade.
