I want to renew my account

    My account was not renewed since my credit card info was not up to date. I updated my credit card today, but didn’t see how to pay for it. Also when clicking on a button within an email that says ‘keep my subscription’ it takes me to wordpress and says ‘Sorry, this user account does not own the product you are trying to renew.’ How can I renew before time runs out?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of your storage upgrade? I still see that upgrade on your account, so you should be able to renew it from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

    It shows as expiring today, though, so I’ve bumped that by a couple days to give you time to renew.
