  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that was under your account, but now only the owner of the site can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  Or, could you contact the owner of the site and see if they are able to purchase the upgrade?

  Hello The account that yummymummynigeria is for is yummymummydaily.com and not beyummymummy.com. I was unable to edit this on my profile.

  Ah, I see. You deleted all the sites associated with the domain you are trying to renew. In the future, definitely transfer the sites to a different host before deleting the site. Or, set the site to private. Orphaned domains causes problems under your account. I’ll contact you via email and see what we can do. Thanks!
