  can you give me a fresh website to edit with sample content with either altofocus theme or portfolio gallery theme.remove all previous contents and theme.

  What site are you talking about because your account doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform? If you already have a site on the wordpress.com platform, you can very easy empty it yourself, https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/. If you don’t have a site yet, you can create it yourself at https://wordpress.com/start/.
  Next you can choose the Altfocus theme from the theme repository, https://wordpress.com/theme/altofocus.
