I want to stop payments for JetPack

    Our account was previously managed by an employee who no longer works with us. He was testing WordPress with JetPack and we don’t use either yet I am paying $5 monthly. It doesn’t show up in the Manage Purchases and I don’t know where else to look.

    What is the URL for the Jetpack site?

    If the subscription doesn’t appear in your Purchases page, it means it belongs to a different WordPress.com account, and receipts for the payment will also be getting sent to that account.

    If your/your company card is being charged, you have the right to request a refund or cancel that, though. In that case, please contact our billing support team directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged and they’ll assist you with that.
