Hello, does anyone know how I can talk to a person about my (paid) wordpress websites? I had an old site and let it go. Then I purchased a new site and tried to tie the two sites together but I am having issues merging the sites. Now I can’t seem to even access the new site.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

When you try to tie two sites together, WordPress.com can get confused about which site is the ‘primary’ home for your domain. If you can’t access the new site, it’s usually because the domain is still technically ‘pointed’ at the old site’s database, or the new site hasn’t been set as the Primary Domain in your Upgrades > Domains settings. Your best move is to log into your WordPress.com dashboard and check if your new site is listed as a separate ‘Site’ in the switcher at the top left; if it is, you may just need to ‘transfer’ the domain subscription from the old site’s dashboard to the new one so the system knows exactly where to send visitors.
