  I would like to talk to someone at Word Press about my current account and options for plug ins, particularly adding Mailer Lite or Kit for sending newsletters.

  Hi there, WordPress.com already includes a built-in Newsletter feature so you may not need a separate plugin if you mainly want readers to receive new posts by email: https://wordpress.com/support/newsletter/

  If you specifically want MailerLite or Kit, those are third-party options, and the right path depends on your current plan and compatibility. Kit has one extra detail to check because ConvertKit-related plugins can require a database setup that WordPress.com sites don’t use, so support should confirm whether the exact Kit setup you want will work.
