***I want to unlinked my credit card but I could not access my account***

My situation
– Last years I applied 2 WordPress accounts for domain registration and 1 year plan. I did not know when the plan expired they will automatically renewal for one more year.
– I was charged for 66 USD for 1 account.
– I could not access the account because I lost my google password and could not recover the email ( I have tried my best )
– I called the bank to unlinked the credit card with the account but they said they can’t unlinked via the bank process.
– My WordPress websites include takprovincialplan.com and ratchaburiprovincialplan.com– I want to unlinked my credit with the account
– Could I get a refund?
– I want to cancel my accounts?Thank you in advance.

Only the owner of the account is able to do so. As you have a paid plan it’s very easy to restore access to your other account using the transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
