I want to unsubscribe to a plug-in, and make sure I am not being charged for it

    Hello, I recently downloaded a plug-in and paid for a builder extension. I no longer need either the plugin or extension so I want to make sure I am not paying for the services I am not using.

    Hi there, is this for tvrev.com? That site doesn’t look to be hosted here on WordPressdotcom. Have you contacted the plugin author directly?

    Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums.
