  I want to update my domain name without changing my DNS since somebody that is not me is currently managing emails from this website.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I want to see hillconsulting.biz instead of hillconsultingbizco.wordpress.com in the http bar I already pointed the domain and change the DNS but for some reason I can’t see my domain name when I log in my dashboard

  I am seeing http://hillconsulting.biz/ point correctly to your WordPress.com site.

  It can take 24-48 hours for domain/DNS changes to propagate throughout the internet. It typically happens faster than that, but it really depends on your ISPs update frequency. If you are still not seeing the correct site appear after 48 hours has elapsed, please contact me again.

  Hi,

  thank you for your reply. I do have another question.
  How can I make sure that the changes that I making on the CSS are on the child theme and not in the Twentyeleven theme?

  There are no child/parent themes on WordPress.com. That is something that is available to self-hosted WordPress.org users.

  Never mind. I will figure it out. I’m studying this and now I’m understanding more. I will go thorough on wordpress I find the information.
