I want to upload a purely HTML and CSS site to wordpress

  I am learning how to program HTML and CSS and I developed a basic site that has multiple pages with CSS incorporated into it. I have been searching for days for a basic hosting service that I can just upload the html and css to and have it simply be online for the public. Is there a way I can upload my html to wordpress. I don’t want to deal with plugins, templates, themes, or anything. I just want to have my pure programming on the internet. It seems like something so simple wouldn’t be that hard to find. Thanks!

  You can’t do this on the wordpress.com platform as wordpress.com is Content Management System that doesn’t work with pure HTML and CSS pages.
