I want to use a wordpress shortcode in anchor tag of html

  I want to get value (phone number) from a wordpress shortcode and use it in this anchor tag href link:

  send message

  But unfortunately the WordPress shortcode doesn’t work in anchor tag, so can anyone help me In this coding…

  Tried using PHP, but got confused as not good at PHP!!

  If there is any plugin that can help me than please tell the plugins name.. Thanks
