  Hello There, I want to know before I upgrade the site to business hosting let me know is there any way to install All in one wp migration plugin and use them to migrate my site from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  You don’t need that plugin to export your site. Just follow the steps as given at https://move.wordpress.com/
