I want to use my Domain Name on another website

I have a new website and I want to use the domain name that I use for my word press website for this new site. I have looked through the help section and I have been advised to log in as ‘domain manager’ in ‘settings’ on my dashboard but when I click on settings there is no option for domain management.
What can I do?

Is this a custom domain and not something i can do with word press?

That is a custom domain and it’s easy to do. http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/domain-management/

Thanks for that Raincoaster, I really appreciate you help. However, have been to that link many times and i still cannot fathom it out! I dont have that option in my dashboard.
Where it says…Domain Manager Login, Go to Settings → Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.
Look for Domain Administration, select “Make Changes to DNS” and change the password.
I don’t have that option – in settings I only have two options, ‘sharing and polls and ratings’.
Am i looking in the wrong place or am i missing something REALLY obvious!

Which dashboard are you on at the time? The WP.com one or the new one?
Domain management isn’t in Settings anyway, it’s much higher. Under the Store tab.
