  what if I want to make a second URL? can I operate two sites through the same wordpress account?

  You are welcome to start a new site (you can have as many as you want) at any time here: https://wordpress.com/start/

  Please note that if you follow that link you will be starting a site on WordPress.com directly. It will not be hosted through Bluehost such as groundbuildgive.com is.

  You also have the option to contact BlueHost and ask for their help in setting up a second site under your account with them instead.
