  I added a user but they cannot find the blog under their account

  Were they logged into their account when they clicked the link in the invitation email? That can cause issues sometimes. Have them log in, then go back and click the email link again.

  I show up under their login as an admin but I never received the invitation email.
  I’m thinking that the deal is that they have a paid account and I have a free account and maybe that is why I cannot access the site as an admin…

  This wouldn’t have anything to do with the problem you are describing.

  What is the URL of the site you were added to but cannot access?

  My wordpress username is: janarice
  The account I’m trying to access is the MXstlMovies.com website on wordpress in which I’ve been added as an admin under user: spin_admin

  http://www.mxstlmovies.com/ is NOT hosted by WordPress.COM and I believe that is what your issue is.

  But somehow they are using wordpress to update the site.
  It is still an issue that they added me under their account (I saw my picture pop up under their account as an admin when I was there) but when I got home and logged into my account I don’t see the additional entry under My Sites and I never received the email.

  To be clear there are two very different types of WordPress blogs. You can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  Hopefully last question: can wordpress 4.1 that updates a site be installed on more than one computer so that updates can be made from more than one location?
