I was billed $48, but I do not have any services with you

    Please refund. I no longer have any services with you. I tried to call and there was no one that I could speak to. This is fraudulent.

    Hi there,

    The last charges I can see for this account were on 8 November, and all those upgrades were cancelled and refunded on the same day. You have no more active upgrades with us, and I see no other charges.

    $48 is the cost of our Personal Plan. Do you have any sites on other accounts for which you may have bought that plan in the past?
