I was billed for a premium plan, but it got cancelled.

I was not refunded the money, so am I able to either have a refund or re instate the purchase for the premium plan? I am looking to delete my old site and start again with a new site name and domain name.

Yes, we can restore the Premium plan to your account. It sounds, however, like you want to use it on a brand new site?
If that’s the case, go ahead, create the site (choose the free plan for now), and let us know. We’ll then restore the plan to that new site, and you’ll be able to purchase the desired domain.
