  I was billed for it and haven’t used it in several years. I don’t even know how to log into it. I did recovery password but it’s not working.

  What’s the product or site you were billed for? All I can see on your account is a Premium plan for covid19familyactivities.com. However, you canceled that plan two years ago and received a refund. You can see more details on your Billing History page:
