    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here is less than a day old, hasn’t bought anything from us, and we don’t even have a credit card on file for you.

    If you’ve been charged, it would be for the automatic renewal of an existing upgrade, at least 11 months old. In that case you gave consent at the time you made the original purchase, and we’d have sent several reminder emails prior to processing the renewal.

    We’re happy to help you cancel the upgrade and receive a refund, but we’re only able to do that if we know for which upgrade and on which site this was.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
