I was charged £22 for a domain transfer that never happened. If I can’t contact customer support (which is a disgrace by the way) how can I request my refund?

No, I’m not thinking of transferring the domain name at the moment. I’ve decided to start slowly with the free plan until I’m more familiar and then I will consider it in the future. I would really like that £22 refund.
