i was charged 300$ a while back, but i’m just now seeing that there is no pro account. i screenshotted the email at the time (that i can send to you), letting me know it was updating soon… the issue is that email and domain was closed and i no longer have access to that one as i use a different one now for my business. need this resolved ASAP, as im not spending another 300$ to make a site if i already have; and i need to be able to use it right away as my brand is launching in a week.

I don’t see any payments on the WordPress.com account you’re posting from. Could you enter the charge details on https://wpchrg.wordpress.com? It will show you what the charge is for. You’ll also be able to submit the form on that page to our billing team, who will get back to you via email to help you with this further.
