    I can confirm that the monthly Professional Email subscription charge of $3.50 has already been refunded.

    The refund will be sent back through the same payment method that was used for the purchase. You can view your billing history in your account to download a copy of the refund receipt if needed.

    Once processed, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement. International refunds may take a bit longer. Your bank will be able to confirm the exact timing and how the refund will appear on your statement.
