I was charged for a domain with no updates

    I was billed for $13, but I have the basic WordPress account. I want to know why I was charged and request a refund. Thanks

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here has never owned any upgrades on WordPress.com and we have never charged you for anything. We don’t even have payment info on file for you.

    Is it possible that you have another WordPress.com account?

    Please go to wpchrg.com and enter the transaction details there. That should show you for which site and upgrade the payment is, and if you can’t find it you can contact our billing department privately from that site so they can get the info they need to look for this transaction.
