My blog is no longer active, therefore no dashboard to refer to. Yes, I requested a refund a few days ago via e-mail, but it’s very hard to find any reliable contact information for wordpress support.

If you contacted Support via email, please be patient and do not email them again since they work on requests from oldest to newest and every time you send a new email about the same matter, it pushes it down in the queue.
Even though you deleted the blog, as far as I understand, you should still have some kind of dashboard for your account username.
