I was charged for this domain name on 21 July 2021

    I am being asked to pay a second time for domain name
    (on Credit Card Statement: WordPress (redacted by staff) but still can’t launch site without being redirected to the payments page

    I’ve redacted the transaction ID from your post as it is sensitive information.

    I can see the subscription was purchased under a different WordPress.com account. Please log in to that account and go to https://wordpress.com/help/contact and you can start a live chat during the weekdays or email us directly for any help. You were redirected to the forums because you are logged in to a different WordPress.com account that doesn’t have any paid plans.

    If you need help with logging in to the correct account, you can use the account recovery form and send us the transaction ID: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form – We’ll be happy to help you gain access to the account.

    I’ve noticed that you haven’t confirmed the email address for your other account yet which is a required step. Please log in to the other account → click My Sites → Switch sites → choose the domain that you registered.

    You’ll see the prompt to “Confirm your email address” with a button that says “Resend email.” Please click that button to verify your email address. You’ll do that by clicking a link that will be sent to you.

    After the email is verified, you’ll be able to launch your site.
