  I was charged twice, how do I dispute this?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login?

  I can confirm that https://collegewrestlingrecruiting.com/ is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your @coachlally login.   Thanks for confirming ownership. I looked under your account and saw a charge for the Business Plan for $318 plus an amount for collegewrestlingrecruiting.com for $18. Then for the next day, I see an additional charge for wrestlingrecruiting.com for $18. So, it looks like you were charged for twice for collegewrestlingrecruiting.com because that amount should be a total of $318, between that and the Business Plan, not $336.

  Is that what you are seeing on your end?

  Apologies for any confusion here. After a closer look it seems that you were charged correctly and I do not see that you were double-charged

  To clarify, the cost of the Business Plan is $300, but in Pennsylvania there is a 6% sales tax that we are required to charge. As a result, the cost of your Sep 26, 2022 renewal is as follows:

  • $300 – Business Plan
  • $18 – sales tax on the business plan.
  • $18 – renewal collegewrestlingrecruiting.com (exempt from tax)

  You can confirm by viewing the receipt here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/72689748

  This is identical to the renewal you were charged for these upgades in 2021 and 2020 as well, as you can see in the following receipts:
