I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR WORDPRESS

    Hello,
    I was charged twice in the amount of 48.00 on word press. When I attempted to reverse the charges under the billing tab the charges disappeared. However when I submitted the billing ID to search for the charge on WordPress the charges came through.
    Please advise that I would like to be refunded for both transactions.

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites and has never purchased anything from WordPress.com. We don’t even have credit card information on file for you.

    For what WordPress.com site did you buy an upgrade? I’ll need you to comment here while logged into the account that you used to make that purchase in order to help you with this.
