I found it but have not used it for months and months. I want to cancel the account and request a full refund. I will take it out of autopay which I normally do right away.

I went to an old account relativeresources.com. When I clicked on it, it went to my flcdi account. It says I have no charges but I was charged $99 today.
I also clicked the link to stop any auto payments but I cannot find it on the accounts page. -
I have not heard back since my last reply. Please know, this was an unauthorized charged to my account. I have tried to allow you the opportunity to correct your actions to no avail. I will be placing a dispute on the charge with my bank on Friday.
