    I was offered a full refund of $129 after cancelling 30 minutes after pressing the order button. I was given the refund and only a few weeks later charged $71.94 for some reason. I would like a full refund as you mentioned I would in the email you said you would give if I cancelled the Paypal dispute.

    You were issued a full refund of $129 by our billing department on 21 December 2017. There has been no new charges on your account since then.

    Please reply to the open email ticket you already have with our billing department if you need any more help with that refund, as we cannot assist with refunds for suspended sites in the forums.
