I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE REFUNDED FOR MY DOMAIN(for the second time) AND I STILLL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!

    Hello, I was charged for a domain last week entitled blackno1.net. I was refunded my money and sent a refund receipt and a copy of the conversation. I was charged again. I have not received my refund yet. The last time the money was refunded the same day. I also never received my record of the conversation or refund receipt. I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND!!! THAT IS IT!!! why is it so hard? Please resolve this issue for me.

    The charge for blackno1.net was refunded on 8/18. It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. If you do not see the refund at that time, let me know and I’d be happy to look into the issue further.
