  I have another account with another provider and my webmaster tells me they deactivated this account…obviously not. Can I get credited?

  We have absolutely no history of domains, sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you’re referring to?

  That is a Business Plan, and both the plan and site belong to a different WordPress.com account here, not the one you’re currently logged in to.

  Once logged in to the correct account, you can cancel and refund this from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
