I see that you issued a refund on 3/19 and takes about 7-10 business days for it to post to your account – maybe a bit longer if you are outside of the US. Please let me know if you don’t see the refund with the next week . -I’ll look further into this for you.

It has not been 10 business days as of yet, so I don’t think it is at the point where there is something wrong. I have checked and confirmed that the refund has been processed and we have released the funds back to you. I would touch base on Monday if you have not received anything since tomorrow is the 10th business day. I would also contact your bank and check to see if they see anything pending on your account.

Almost three weeks, and nothing. I’m way beyond annoyed at this point, so I am going to look into taking it further :)

Have you contacted your bank yet as Darnell suggested last week? Your refund was issued on our end on 19 March. The moment we refund the funds leave our account, but we have no control over how long your bank takes to have it appear in your account on their end.
