I was trying to add pictures to a post on the app and it disappeared. Recovered?

  Hi Holly!

  I’m so sorry to hear about this! I’m not seeing any drafts in your account at the moment. We’re you able to find it and publish? If not, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to retrieve it as it was not saved in our system. It would need to be saved as a draft post. If it was and you still can’t find it, please let me know with a few more details:

  Can you tell me which device you are using?
  Is the app updated to the most recent version?
  What happens if you change the status of the post to Draft and touch Save?

  I am using the ipad app, but couldn’t find any place to save my draft. I was trying to add pictures to it, but it closed on me and when I reopened the app, my post was gone. Sigh.

  Oh no – I’m sorry to hear that! Within the app, go to Options then change the status to from Publish to Draft . Once you do this the Publish button will change to Save.
