I was trying to reset the password on my wordpress website http://www.totalfluency.com but I seem to have created a new account instead? Please help!

When I try to login to my wordpress account for this domain at https://www.totalfluency.com/wp-login
… the usual login page doesn’t load. Instead I get “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

So I tried to access the website via the wordpress website but that doesn’t seem possible? Am I missing something?

Hi totalfluency,
totalfluency.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Hetzner, rather than WordPress.com. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:
There is no option to manage the site through the account you are contacting us from because it is not connected to WordPress.com.
If you haven’t done so already, please try resetting your password on the Lost Password page. The username and password for your account on totalfluency.com are stored on Hetzner’s servers, so I recommend contacting them for help if you are unable to reset the password or login.
We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites but support for WordPress.org sites is available on the WordPress.org forums.
I recommend contacting Hetzner as a starting point though.
