I was updating plugins and wordpress and ended up losing all plugins etc. Now have new wordpress installed. I can see the old site under my sites but it says not accessible. Any ideas on how to fix it would be appreciarted.

That world be for a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
