I wasn’t issued a refund after my mistake purchase.

  Hi there.
  I made a mistake the other night and was told it was refunded, and that it would either present as an in and out transaction, or as a zero transaction because the time between purchase and refund was less than 5 minutes. But our credit statement just shows the debit, not the credit. I need the transaction to be credited, can you please help?

  I can see that we refunded C$396.00 on April 16th. Refunds can take up to ten days to arrive.
