I would like a full refund

I would like a full refund for the 14 day trail, you refunded me only half and kept the other half for the domain. I don’t want the domain. It was required with the explorer update. If you state there is a 14 day money back guarantee it should be for the full amount of $104.64 otherwise that is false advertising. Please refund me the full amount or I will file a dispute with my credit card company and leave WordPress a bad review. Thank you

Hi there!
@parkdanil is correct. Domain registrations have a 96-hour refund period. You get a full refund within the 14-day refund period if you don’t use the domain credits that come with your plan. If you use the domain credit and then cancel the plan after the domain’s refund period, the domain registration fee is not refunded. You can learn more about this here.
I’m sorry to see you leave WordPress.com, though. Can you tell us what led you to cancel your subscription? If you still need a website, I’d love to learn more about your site requirements and goals so that we can help you build it on WordPress.com.
