I would like a full Refund, not just some of it.

I went through the steps to cancel my purchase and it refunded me the partial amount. I would like all of it back please before the 48 hours is gone.

Did you register a custom domain as a part of your upgrade Plan?
Are you now wishing to remove that domain completely from your account or are you planning on using it somewhere else on the web?
If you did register a custom domain name as a part of your plan and are planning on using it elsewhere, do not cancel it. There is no guarantee that you will be able to repurchase it elsewhere and you can still point it to the host where you intend to set up a new website from your WordPressdotcom domain dashboard.
