  I need a refund for the automatic renewal of the domain registration. This site is no longer active; the card was charged in error.

  I understand you would like to cancel your custom domain: upstatecity.com, but please note that this is different from other upgrades and is stated during the purchase process.

  Canceling a domain at this time means you completely give up ownership of the domain. There is no guarantee the domain will become available to re-register after cancellation.

  You are welcome to keep your domain with us and update the nameservers to point to another hosting provider by following this guide:

  After 60 days from the date of purchase or registrant contact information change, you may also transfer your domain to another registrar by following this guide:

  If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm and I can provide you a full refund.

  Thank you for your assistance! I would like to completely cancel the ownership of the domain name and receive a full refund. I am no longer affiliated with the person/company affiliated with the domain name and am in no way financially liable. Please let me know when I may expect to receive the refund.
