  I would like my site address to match my dashboard address how do I do this?

  Hi there,

  Your dashboard address will always include .wordpress.com in the address. This is something that only you can see, and it only appears in the dashboard. We do this to make sure that nothing ever happens to your site and its content, even if you change the custom domain you use on your site.

  If you’d like, you can change the first part of that address (the part before .wordpress.com) by changing your address with this guide: Changing a Blog Address

  If you want to change the site address that visitors see when they visit your site, you can do that under Store > Domains in your dashboard. Your primary domain is the one that is used as your site address. You can click the circle next to the domain you want to use and then click “Update Primary Domain” to change your site’s primary domain.
