I would like to be able to post on a page that is not my home page
-
I would like to be able to post regularly to one of my pages that is not my home page. I will have recurring content that is applicable to only one of my pages and I do not want it on my home page at all. But I do not want my home page to be a static page either. If my blog is used for reference, I would like to add letters as they come in from readers which would be available for comments, etc. but do not want it among my own personal posts on my home page.
I’m new to wordpress and the forums and other info seem to have conflicting instructions, but it’s probably just me. Any help would be SO appreciated!

Hi there,
It’s not really possible to publish posts on specific pages. Posts and pages are different types of content:
You can always assign a category to your posts, and then add the category page to your menu:
However, your posts will still appear on your front page, unless you set a static front page:
It isn’t possible to exclude a particular category from appearing on your front page at this time.
