I would like to cancel and get a refund

  I received an email that my account was renewed and was charged. I did not renew it and would like to cancel this account as this was an account I make by mistake.
  According to the email I received today, I was charged $51.84 which I did not authorize.
  Please cancel (or let me know how to cancel) this account, and I would like to get a refund as I did not authorize to renew it.
