  I’d like to cancel an old blog entitled Dwelling in Presence and work with a new one.
  How do I cancel the first one?

  It sounds like you would like to delete the site dwellinginpresence.com? This site is not hosted with WordPress.com, it’s only connected to your account through a plugin called Jetpack. This means you wouldn’t be able to delete the site from your account here, you’d need to do it at your current host, but you can remove it from appearing in your site list.
