I would like to get my domain back!

    Hey! I wanted to get TheCleopatraLee.com back. I tried but the site suggested I contact support. I’m ready to purchase it ASAP.

    Hi there,

    That domain expired on 13 July, and has already been removed from our system. It does not appear to be in redemption yet, so we might still be able to get it back for you at the regular price. I’ve sent you a payment link via email for the renewal fee, and once we receive that we can email our registrar to try and get the domain back for you.

    However, you should also be aware that the domain can enter redemption at any time. If that happens before we can contact our domain provider, it will cost an additional $80 to get it back, but we’ll only know that for certain once we contact them, so the sooner we do this, the better.

    I’m just following up on recovering your domain. We still haven’t received your payment, and if we wait too long your domain will enter redemption at which point it will cost a lot more to get it back.
