I would like to release my domain

    Hi,
    I have the domain http://www.helleeriksen.dk hosted at one.com. Several years ago I used WordPress to set up a website. It has not been maintained for years, as I did not use it.
    Now I need to set up a new website with that domain – but it is somehow connected to WordPress. When I look up http://www.helleeriksen.dk I get the message ‘Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.’
    Can you help me out on how to release that from WordPress??

    Hi there,

    In your previous support ticket, we have already explained that your website is not hosted on our platform. It’s using the WordPress.org software, and it’s hosted by One.com. So, you need to reach out to them to get further help.
